What’s New This Year?

Updates and Enhancements to Your Estep & Co Benefits

NEW - Co-Pay Medical Plan Option

In addition to the existing High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), we’re introducing a new Co-Pay Medical Plan. This option offers predictable, fixed copays for common services like doctor visits and prescriptions.

NEW - Direct Primary Care Plan

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is now available for those who want convenient, affordable access to basic care. This program provides members with primary care, urgent care, and virtual care visits—all at an affordable per paycheck cost.

$0 Virtual Care with Recuro Health

Your plan's virtual care provider is now Recuro Health. If you elect the HDHP or Co-Pay Medical Plan, you can now access care 24/7, online or by phone, at no cost. You pay $0 to connect with a Recuro provider.

No Cost Lab Services

If you elect the Co-Pay Plan, labs services at Quest Diagnostics and Alverno Labs are now covered at 100% with no cost to you. If you elect the HDHP, you must first meet your deductible, then labs at Quest and Alverno are covered at 100%.

ScriptSourcing Drug Program

Your medical plan now requires all specialty medications to be filled through ScriptSourcing. When obtained through ScriptSourcing, all covered specialty prescriptions are provided to you at $0 cost.

NEW - Regenexx

Regenexx is now available as an option for employees seeking  treatment for orthopedic conditions. On the Co-Pay Plan, Regenexx is fully covered at 100%, and on the HDHP, Regenexx is covered at 100% after your deductible is met.

NEW - Co-Pay Medical Plan
