
Setting up your Employee Navigator Account
You will need to create your Employee Navigator account to begin your benefits enrollment. Here are the steps to set up your account and get started with your benefit elections:
- Visit www.employeenavigator.com/benefits/Account/Register
- Enter the requested information. *Your company identifier is EstepandCo
- Click Next.
- On the next screen, you’ll create your username and password. You can enter whatever username/password you want, as long as it meets Employee Navigator’s security requirements. Try to choose a username/password you can remember.
- Click Register.
- Your Employee Navigator account is now activated.
- Click Continue.
- Now login with the username/password you just created.
- Review the terms of use and privacy policy. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Accept and Continue.
- Review the welcome message. Click Continue.
- Review any HR messages. Click Let’s Begin.
- At the top of the screen, you will see your Open Enrollment listed. Click the green Start button.
- From there, confirm your personal information, add dependents if needed, answer the enrollment questions, and make your benefit elections.
